Executive Management

Jag joined MEC in July 2022 as President, CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Before joining MEC, Jag was a member of the senior leadership team at W.R. Grace where he was responsible for the Strategy and Growth function. Jag was also the Managing Director of Advanced Refining Technologies LLC (ART), Grace’s global joint venture with Chevron.

Jag previously served as Vice President and General Manager, Water Technologies Strategic Business Unit, and Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Pentair PLC. Previously, he held strategy and business leadership roles at ITT Corporation, and its spin-off, Xylem Inc. Before ITT, he spent time in M&A roles with United Technologies Corp and in product management roles with Danaher Corporation. Jag started his career in manufacturing operations at Denso Corporation.

Jag earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master's in Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering, both at Northwestern University. He also holds a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from India.

Rachele M. Lehr joined MEC in 2023 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since April 2025.  Prior to serving in her current position, Ms. Lehr served as MEC's Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to joining MEC, Ms. Lehr spent nearly fifteen years at Briggs & Stratton where she held senior finance and corporate roles of increasing scope and complexity, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Director of Human Resources and Controller for a $600 million international business. Prior to joining Briggs and Stratton, Ms. Lehr served as Sales Controller for Bar-S Foods (A Sigma Company) and started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, a public accounting firm.

Ms. Lehr earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Marquette University and is a certified public accountant (currently inactive).

Ryan F. Raber joined MEC in 2009 and has served as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Sales & Marketing since November 2018. Prior to serving in his current position, Mr. Raber served as our Vice President of Sales & Marketing beginning in August 2013. Mr. Raber earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Sean joined MEC in January 2023 as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. 

Prior to joining MEC, Sean was the Head of Corporate Development for Caterpillar Inc.  He spent over twenty-three years at Caterpillar, joining as a transactional lawyer in 1999.  In addition to leading the Corporate Development function, Sean held several other roles with Caterpillar including Division Counsel within Legal Services and General Manager within an operating business unit.  Prior to joining Caterpillar, Sean practiced law with Arnold & Porter in its Washington, DC office focusing on corporate, securities, M&A, and venture capital.

Sean has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, a JD from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, and a BA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Craig joined MEC in March 2025 as Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain.

Prior to joining MEC, Mr. Nichols has served in a variety of leadership roles leading global operations and advanced manufacturing at Dana Incorporated, including Vice President, Drive System Operations, Senior Director, Off Highway Global Manufacturing Strategy and Senior Director, Global Aftermarket Distribution Operations. Prior to joining Dana Incorporated, Mr. Nichols served as Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing at Jason Industries. Mr. Nichols started his career with Hi-lex Corporation, before leading multiple operations at Lear Corporation. Mr. Nichols earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Davenport University.
