Jennifer J. Kent has been a member of MEC's Board of Directors since December 2020. She has served as Chief Legal Officer of Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE: KSS) since February 2023. Prior to serving in her current position, Ms. Kent was the Executive Vice President and Chief People & Legal Officer of Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) since January 2022 and served in that role since June 2015 under its previous title of Executive Vice President of Administration, General Counsel & Secretary. Ms. Kent joined Quad in August 2010 as Assistant General Counsel and was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel in December 2013. Prior to joining Quad, Ms. Kent held various positions in the legal department of Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) from 2003 to 2010, including Associate General Counsel. Ms. Kent earned her law degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Iowa.
